N.Z. WOOLPACKS

COMPLAINT TO MR. JORDAN LONDON, Oct. 16. The British Wool Federation has forwarded a letter to the New Zealand High Commissioner, Mr. W. J. Jordan, on the subject of New Zealand’s new wool packs. Mr. Jordan has declared that he Is giving immediate consideration to the representations. Results of tests at Bradford of flax used for improved New Zealand wool packs were announced in a cable published on Saturday as being unencouraging. Wool importers are disturbed at the prospect of one-thira of the wool used for improved New Zealand wool shipments from New Zealand during the coming season arriving in unsuitable packs.
