FIVE-POWER MEETING
GERMAN AND FRENCH REPLIES TO PROPOSALS LONDON, Oct. 16. The replies of the German and French Governments to the proposals serft by the British Government on September 18 regarding the proposed five-Power meeting, have been received in the Foreign Office in the last few days. Any reports as to the contents of the German Note must be regarded as pure speculation.
