ORDER RESTORED
PALESTINE SITUATION COMMUNIQUE ISSUED [ British Official Wireless ] RUGBY, Oct. 15. A Jerusalem communique states: "The public is informed that, owing to order having been restored and the absence of acts of violence, the daily issue of an official communique as a matter of routine is being discontinued. Press messages from Palestine say that a hopeful impression is gaining ground among the public that the restoration of order has made possible the visit of the Royal Commis sion at a not too distant date.
