DISTRESSED AREAS
KING TO VISIT WALES [British Official Wireless] RUGBY, Oct. 12. The King will make a two-day tour of distressed areas in South Wales on November IS and 19. Details of the tour have not been decided. It is understood that he will not visit big towns, but will spend his time inspecting conditions in the countryside, where the depression is worst. This will be the King’s first visit to Wales since his accession. According to present arrangements, the King will go to Sandringham for a few days' shooting next week.
