CEREMONY AT LORDS [British Official Wireless] RUGBY, Oct. 12. The place of the Lord Chancellor, who is ill, was taken to-day by the Lord Chief Justice in the ceremony at the House of Lords of conveying His Majesty’s approval of the appointment of the new Lord Mayor of London.
