CENTENNIAL PREPARATIONS [Per Press Association! GREYMOUTH, Sept. 18. The Westland district delegates met this morning to discuss the centennial commemoration proposals. It was decided to recommend that a provincial memorial be made to establish a scholarship in mineralogy, silvicature, and other subjects for Coast students.
