ARMY LIMITATION
HiTLER SAID TO BE WILLING IF FRANCE TERM INATES SOVIET PACT. PARIS, Sept. 16. Herr Hitler is reported to have told M. Bastid, the French Minister of Commerce, as he was visiting Berlin, that he is willing to limit the German army if France will teiminate the Soviet Pact. OFFICIAL DEMAL BY FRANCE. PARIS, Sept. 16. It is officially denied that Herr , Hitler offered to limit the army on condition that France abandoned the Franco-Soviet Pact.
