STAY-IN STRIKERS
New Development in France WORKERS RUN FACTORY [By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright] Received Sept. 17, 10.20 p.m. LONDON, Sept. 17. The Daiiy Telegraph’s Paris correspondent reports that stay-in strikers at a Lyons factory, after nominating a "committee of direction.” started running the factory themselves. The employers have always feared this development, which is unprecedented in the history of the strike movement in France.
