NAPIER AUTOMATIC TELEPHONE EXCHANGE {Per Press Association] NAPIER, Aug. 28. Destroyed in the 1931 upheaval, lh< Napier automatic telephone exchange is to be rebuilt, the Government having let a tender to the Ferguson building contractors for £ll,OOO. The work will .start within a fortnight.
