PETITIONERS SUCCEED C ASES AT WANGANLL Petitions in divorce were dealt Trilli in lhe Supreme Court a! Wanganui yesterday by His Honour, Mr. Justice Ostler Ethel Violet May Mclntyre petitioned against John Adam Mclntyre. Mr. T. 11. Blennerhassett, appeared for the petitioner and Mr. Henry Keqsing for the respondent. The petitioner said that she married the respondent on December 23, 1929. On April 3, 1933, on her complaint, she obtained a separation order from the magistrate at Wanganui. Decree nisi to be moved absolute at the expiration of three months, was granted. William Hamilton Bruce (Mr. C. F. Treadwell) said that he married the respondent, Juliet Brackenbury Bruce, in August, 1923, al. Southampton. In 1927 they came to New Zealand and lived at Waverley. There was one child of the marriage. It was agreed between the parties in September, 1028, to separate and custody of the child was left with the wife, who was now residing in Australia. Decree nisi, to be moved absolute at the end of three months, was made. Arthur Patrick Walsh (Mr. C. F. ITeadwell), was granted a divorce from lui Ellen Walsh. Petitioner said that lhe parties were married on June 23, 1928. They agreed to separate on November 2, 1932 and the eldest child (a girl) was with the respondent and the younger (a boy) with the petitioner. Decree nisi, to be moved absolute at the expiry of three months, was made, interim custody of the younger child to the petitioner. Charles Samuel Edward Bishop (Mr. V. B. Willis) petitioned for dissolution from Lilly Bishop on the grounds of desertion. A decree nisi was granted, to be made absolute alter three months. Wm. Knolt Coleman (Mr. Rolling) sought divorce from Sarah May Coleman on the grounds that respondent was of unsound mind. A decree nisi was granted, to be moved absolute after three months.
