ALLEGATION OF BREACH MAGISTRATE RESERVES DECISION A charge of employing females In a shop in which'small goods are sold was brought against the Farmers' Meat Co. in the Magistrate's Court on Tuesday before Mr J. H. Salmon, S.M., by the Inspector of Labour, Mr S. E. McGregor. It was claimed that pork goods were sold in this department and that it was thus a breach of the butchera* award to employ females.
