TRADE UNION DECISION RESUMPTION OF WORK MELBOURNE, July 27. Following the master builders’ announcement that all construction jobs would be reopened to-day, irrespective of the decisions of the unions, about 1000 members of the building trade unions affected by the dispute decided at a mass meeting to resume work this morning.
