Recommendations formulated by tire New Zealand Returned Soldiers’ Association conference on Wednesday for changes in the statutory position ot the Soldiers’ Civil Re-estabjishmcut League and in its constitution were adopted by the league at its annual meeting to-day. A committee was appointed to draft changes tu the constitution and rules. At a meeting of headquarters uf the league, Major .1. R. Kirk was re-elected chairman and treasurer.
