INDECENT ASSAULT
CHARGES AGAINST LABOURER COMMITTED FOR TRIAL Six charges of indecent assault on males were preferred against Bertie Alfred Rising, labourer, aged 36 years before Messrs. J. Morrison and K Lloyd, J.P.’s, in the Magistrate’s Court yesterday afternoon. Accused, who pleaded not guilty, was committed for trial at the next session of the Supreme Court at Wanganui in August. The case for the police was conducted by Detective J. Murray.
