Apparently succumbing to heart failure, Mr William Rodgers, aged 63, blacksmith, was found dead yesterday in the room where he boarded in Bourke Street. His landlady yesterday became alarmed because there was no response to repeated knockings. She entered the room and found deceased lying on the floor.
