EXCHANGE OF INFORMATION HITLER'S REPLY TO BRITAIN Received Jan. 17, 9.55 p.m. LONDON, Jan. 17. The Dally Telegraph’s diplomatic correspondent says that the British Government suggested that Germany conform to the practice of exchanging confidential information regarding armament programmes. Her Hitler replied that Germany regards these matters as strictly secret. Recently persons had been executed •who had violated the principle.
