BRITISH TRADE LOSSES EFFE(IT OF SA NC TIONB [ British Official Wireless. ] RUGBY, Jan. 14. T l he overseas trade figures fur December again reveal the loss of exports to Italy suffered by British trades in consequence of the imposition of economic sanctions by the League of Nations following Italy’s resort to war in East Africa in disregard to her Covenant. Exports of coal to Italy in December amounted to 19,098 tons, worth £14,000, compared with 420,373 tons valued at £349,073 in the last month of 1931. No more than six tons of iron a.nd steel left Great Britain for Italy last month. This is compared with 1272 tons 12 months before-
