GERMAN AIR STRENGTH STRONG FORCE CLAIMED NAVAL ARM BUILDING , [By Telegraph—Press Association—CopyrljMf Received Dee. 29, 7.20 p.m. BERLIN, Dee. 28. Germany’s claim to possess J strong naval air force was made public for the first time by General Goering and other military leaders in the just published “Ail Force Annual,” in which it is revealed that Germany is building torpedo-carrying- seaplanes and bombers equipped with machineguns, aircraft carriers and warships with catapults for launching seaplanes. Germany, it is stated, does not consider herself bound by any treaty to set limits on her air fleet, either regarding land or sea ’planes, and is determined to attain the highest level in air perfeel ion.
