BRITISH COAL MINERS
PROGRESS OF NEGOTIATIONS. [ British Official Wireless. ] RUGBY, Nov. 30. The centre of the negotiations in < onnection with the claim of the miners lor a wage increase has moved from London to the mning districts, where representatives of the owners are consulting their organisations. They will meet the Secretary for Mines again on Thursday. The first pump for the retail supply of petrol obtained from British coal was put to use in London yesterday. It was announced that the output from the plant of Low Temperature Carbonisation, Ltd., would shortly be doubled. _
