RELIEF FOR ELLSWORTH

ESTABLISHING DEPOTS USE OF AN AEROPLANE NEW YORK, Nov. 29. i A North American Newspaper Alliance message from the Wyatt Earp states: With the continued absence of signals from Mr. Lincoln Ellsworth, it ran now be assumed that the Wyatt I Earp will not be able to communicate ■ with the Tolar Star until the vessel is some distance to south and west. Meanj while, the ship will visit the Magallanes to get an aeroplane with which to carry supplies to Charcot Island. 'l'he Wyatt Earp probably will not be able to get within 159 or 200 miles of ! the island. The aeroplane will fly to the island and drop supplies by means of a parachute. I’he Wyatt Earp will thence proceed to the Ross Sea, where the aeroplane can be equipped with skiis. and it should be possible to do nil that is required to provide the depots at the places Mr. Ellsworth designated.
