Wilson was fined £2 and costs 1 for riding an unregistered motor-cycle ‘in King Street. | Whare Taputoro was lined 15s and costs for driving a motor vehicle withI out a light in Seddon Street on the night of August 3, 1935. County Rates. | Judgment was obtained by the AVaii marino County Council in 11 instances I for overdue rates. In some cases judgment was by consent, some by confession and others by default. Peek, claim Us 6d costs 10s; Raetihi C.-op. Dairy Co. v. W. Liwha, claim £2 Is 9d and costs; Dr. Feltham v. J. F. Rubio, claim £4 5s 6d and costs; Waimarino Farmers’ Co-operative Association v. J. Te Waka, claim £5 and costs; A. Coyle v. J. Partridge, claim £l2 8s and costs; a defendant was also ordered to give possession of house.
