Owing to inclement weather, both the school hockey tournament and the ladies’ hockey matches were postponed on Saturday. The Canarvon Ohake-a Hockey Clubs are holding a produce stall in Feilding on Friday in aid of the Queen Carnival candidate, Aliss Jovco Pedersen. RAINFALL. The rainfall for last week was 2.91 inches, being the heaviest fall for a long time. SCHOOL AFFAIRS Mr. E. Lange, agriculture inspector visited the school on Alonday and examined the science work. The Education Board’s painters are still working at the rcliool and should finish before the end of the week.
