GOVERNMENT APPOINTMENT 1 Ter Tress Association. J WELLINGTON, Aug. 5. ■After a Cabinet meeting tonight it was announced officially that Mr G. CRodda, Secretary to the Treasury, had been appointed to the position of Government financial adviser. This means that he will attend the board meetings of all departments of State on behalf of the Government.
