Fractured ribs, abrasions and shock wore suffered by Mr R. E. Cuthbertson, of Waiigaiiui. as the result of a motorvehivli* mishap about eight o’clock on Saturday night. He was at, a bowser station in Victoria \venue, where air was being pumped info the tyres of his car. Another vehicle, collided with the stationary automobile ami Mr Cuthbertson, who was standing near the kerb, was knocked down ami injured as statC'l. After receiving medical attention he. was removed to his home, where h ( > is progressing as well as can be expected. At least two ribs have been broken, his Lead has suffered in jnry and one of his logs.
