GERMAN HOSTS DIVIDED. PRE COLOGNE PROGRAMME. BERLIN. Julv 17. A la<-k of harmony among the ho-u.-jf the British Legionaries was agaii manifested when the Government can celled the programme drawn up by the Stahlhelm leaders in conjunction with the British Legion and residents of Cologne. A new programme of functions was prepared by Cologne Nazis. The Stahlhelmers have refused to par ticipate and will not be officially represented at the reception of the visitors in the Rhineland.
