RE-GROWTH IN GERMANY Received Julv 8 10.20 p.m. ’ LONDON, July 8. The Daily Herald’s Berlin correspondent, describing the clandestine regrowth of trade unionism throughout Germany, says that for the first, time* in 2j years strikes have occurred, the works being disillusioned by the Nazist promise. The Herald adds that the Ruhr miners are averaging 16 days’ work monthly, and arrangements are being made*to distribute food tickets.
