The Sunday Timos says that Germany, in fulfilment of the naval agreement, has communicated to Britain, France, and the other Powers the de tails of the ships she has already laid down and her programme for 1935-36. It is hoped that the way has thus been paved for a pooling of programmes at a general conference on naval strengths.
