DEPARTMENTAL CHANGES. The various administrative activitie tn connection with the booking, wel fare, and entertainment of passengers which have up to now been carried on by different departments of the heat office of the Union Steam Ship Com pany, will in future be combined unde one passenger department. This de partment will have multifarious duties interesting itself in such diverse mat lers as talkie pictures, cruises, churcl services, ships’ newspapers, round-the world tours and local excursions, danci music, advertising and libraries, T mention only a few. Mr. H. F. Nor man. who has been in charge of th, company’s publicity department wit! the title of general passenger manager Mr M, B. Miller, of the head oflic Ri Wellington, has been appointe< chief assistant to the management.
