GENEVA LABOUR CONFERENCE
NEW ZEALAND ALLIANCE. CHOICE OF REPRESENTATIVE. [ Per Press Association. J WELLINGTON, March 19. Owing to three candidates from the Alliance of Labour Unions being nominated for the position of workers’ representative to attend the International Labour Conference at Geneva on .lune 4, the Council of the Alliance will hold a special meeting on Thursday to select the candidate. The unions will be advised of the name of the candidate the Alliance recommends them to vote for on Saturday. The nominees are: L. Glover, J. Roberts, and A. E. Tongue.
