FALSE PRETENCES
A BELATED OFFENCE [ Per Press Association. J WELLINGTON, Kcb. ti. Charles Mozart Spinlei Cook, 51, was entenced to three months’ imprisonment in the Magistrate’s Court, to-day or an offence of false pretences comlilted in New Plymouth seven years go. The sentence is to bp served at le expiration of a term of eighteen lonths this man is now serving for a iniilar otleaice.
