NEW AMBULANCES

VEHICLES FOR WAIKATO HAMILTON, Jan. 17. A decision to apply to the Health Department for two new ambulances to replace exist ing vehicles •was reached at a meeting of the Waikato Hospital Board to-day. Details of the vehicle! approved will first be submitted to the St. John Ambulance Association, which is to take over the ambulance services in the board’s area in April. It is pro posed to use one of the new vehicles in the Rotorua district, and one in Hamilton.
