HAMILTON MAN AC QUIT T Lu. f Per Press Association. ) HAMILTON, Aug. 22. A verdict of not guilty was returue . in the Supreme Court at Hamilton today before Air. Justice Herdman in the case of a bookmaking charge against Hilary Archibald Quin. The judge, summing up, remarked that looking at the whole of the evidence, there was sufficient in the police case to show that accused was carrying on bookmak ing.
