RESTORATION OF TARA BLUE SHIRTS’ SUGGESTION DUBLIN, Aug. 21. The Blue Shirts’ Congress passed a resolution in favour of the restoration of Tara as the capital of the Irish nation for functions such as the inauguration of the President or Gov-ernor-General, and also suggested that a Palace of Victory should be built.
