Hector Coleman sustained painful injuries as the result of his lorry overturning ou a private road on his father’s property on Cliff Road, and was removed to hospital for treatment. It appears that he was mounting an incline when the gear shot into neutral and before the brakes could be applied the lorry went over a bank and capsized, pinning Mr. Coleman beneath it. _____________
