GERMAN DEBT PROBLEM

DELEGATION IN BRITAIN. LEGISLATION HURRIED ON. Received June 25, 8.30 p.m. LONDON, June 25. The Times says that though the German delegation arrives on June 25 and 26 to discuss a settlement of the debts problem, the Government intends to push on emergency legislation countering the Reiehsbank’s action. It is hoped to complete its passage by June 28, after which it will be held in suspense till July 1, enabling an opportunity for settlement in the meantime.
