ELECTRICAL INTERFERENCE. FRANCE .ENACTS LEGISLATION, Received April X, 6.20 p.m. PARIS, April 7. Parliament has enacted legislation providing that manufacturers of elec trical appliances, including lifts, vacuum cleaners, and electric signs, must fit devices preventing interference with wireless reception. Many complaints are received annually concerning such interference, and the British Postmaster-Genera] also has hinted at legislation for the protection of listeners.
