THE RETURN TO PALESTINE [British Official Wireless.] Received Feb. 8. 6.5 p.m. RUGBY, Feb. 7. The Under-Secretary for the Colonics (Mr Malcolm MacDonald) stated in the House of Commons that 3903 immigrants, practically all of whom were Jews, entered Palestine during November.
