SWEEPING AMNESTY
JAPANESE PRISONERS t CROWN PRINCE’S BIRTHDAY TOK 10, Feb. 7. A sweeping amnesty for over 30,000 prisoners, including M. Hamuguchi’a assassin (Sagoya), whose death sentence will be commuted to life imprisonment, will be proclaimed on National Foundation Day (February II), on the occasion, of the celebration of the birth of the Crown Prince.
