Following the visit of the Secretary for Air and Colonel Shehncrdine, Director of Civil Aviation, to Rome recently, a provisional agreement has been reached enabling Imperial Airways aircraft operating on the African air service to cross Italian territory by the most convenient route. .It is expected that the new route will operate in about three months.
