UNITED STATES AGREES. PAN-AMERICAN CONFERENCE. MONTEVIDEO, Dec. 21. The United States delegation to the Pan-American Conference, after earlier declining, to-day announced that it would sign the convention granting equal nationalisiou to women, subject to the approval of Congress, apparently assuring uniform action throughout the Western Hemisphere.
