PLANNED AT WELLINGTON. CONTRACT PRICE £lOO,OOO. WELLINGTON, Dec. 5. It is announced to-day that the Colonial Mutual Life Assurance Society has approved of an expenditure of approximately £lOO,OOO on its new building in Wellington. Thc present building on tho corner of Customhouse Quay and Willeston Street was erected about forty-five years ago, and in thc opinion of the directors of thc company has served its term of use, fulness and should be replaced by a building of modern design. Demolition of tho present building will commence very shortly,
