QUESTION OF FARES. ( Per Press Association. I AUCKLAND, Dec. 1. The Transport Board to-day decided to defer decision on the proposal to revert to penny sections and a maximum fare of fourpence until the return of its chairman from England, as it would mean a reversal of policy.
