South Canterbury. Southland. South Taranaki and Wellington Associations. Tn extending a welcome on behalf of tho city. ’.Mayor TTislop expressed the hope that as a result of their delivera 'ions, matters 'that came under the con ‘ml of delegates would be advanced.
