WANGANUI SAVAGE CLUB

PUBLIC KORERO. On Thursday next the public of 'Wanganui will have one of the very rare occasions on which they can be present at a real “Savage Club Korero.” Of course some of the secrets of Savagery cannot be made known, but the public are assured of a night’s entertainment, the like of which is very rarely excelled. The home of the Savage Club is a fitting setting for the korero. and the price of admission is well worth seeing the wharepuni alone. The programme will consist of Alaori hakas, performed by Savages in the dress of the early Alaoris, a ballet by the “Savagesses” of the pa, sketches, the famous Nigger Minstrel Troup, vocal and musical items and the orchestra of the club. Tickets are obtainable from members of the club, or at .Dobbs Bros.
