“IGLOO” SCREENING “Igloo,” now showing at the.Globo, pictures’ the Eskimos’ terrific struggle for bare existence in the frozen north, with all its terrors, dangers and hardships, together with the strangest love stoiy ever told. The actors are all Eskimos, the villains fierce polar bears, crumbling masses of Ice. terrific blizzards and countless other dangers showing with “Igloo” is “The Pen alty of Fame,” starring Lew Ayres. It is the fastest thing on the screen, with excitement of a sensational kidnapping case. Avrcs enacts the part of a “chatter” writer and broadcaster and when he interferes with activities of gangsters, he encounters serious trouble. The picture comes to a climax in a tragedy that is said to be so unexpected as to leave the audience breathless. A grand double feature programme. “Igloo” only, with good supports, will be shown to-day at 2 p.m.
