THE RIFLE CLUB The first competition for the Grant Cup was fired last week under fairly favourable "weather conditions. The ranges were 300, 500, and 600 yards, and some very good shooting was done. A. Govenlock and H. Goile both registered possibles at 500 yards. The following are the scores: at 300, 500, 600 yards and total:—A. Govenlock, 33, 35, 31—99; H. Goile. 31. 35, 32—98; E.
