MAILMAN’S EXPERIENCE CROCODILE TAKES HORSE. BRISBANE. May 6. A North Queensland mailman had a terrifying experience when a crocodile took his horse while they were crossing a river between Ingham and Valley Lagoons. The mailman was swimming alongside the horse with his hand on its withers when the animal was dragged under and not seen again.
