A very pleasant afternoon was spent on the Wanganui East Tennis Club's I courts on Saturday afternoon, when a friendly match between Mr, G, Williamson’s team and Westmere was ; played. Tho result was a win by two sets for WestmeJc, though Wanganui i East had the greater number of games 1 by 14, tho totals being: Westmere, 20 < sets, 254 games; Wanganui East, IS 1 sets, 2fiB games.
