QUESTIONS OF FINANCE. [ British Official Wireless.] Received Dec. 16, 6.10 p.m. RUGBY, Dec. 15. The Committee on Financial Safeguards, of the Indian Conference, held its first meeting to-day. After opening the discussion, representatives of British India and the Indian States on the committee visited the Bank of England and discussed with the Governor and other leading representatives of the City of London, questions connected with the financial position and the credit of India.
