ENCOURAGEMENT OF GARDENING [ British Official Wireless Received Dec. 16, 7-10 p.m. RUGBY. Dec. 15. To encourage the provision of seeds and tols for unemployed allotment holders, the Government is making a grant of £lO,OOO on a basis of pound for pound against contributions from other sources in aid of a schema organised by the Society of Frieals.
